Policies

Effective Date: April 01, 2025

These policies are in place so everyone receives the high-quality care they deserve.

Use-it or Lose-it Policy

Here’s the timeline for your sessions:

· 01 Sessions: Must be completed within 15 days.

· 02 Sessions: Must be completed within 25 days.

· 04 Sessions: Must be completed within 45 days.

· 06 Sessions: Must be completed within 80 days.

· 08 Sessions: Must be completed within 100 days.

· 10 Sessions: Must be completed within 125 days.

· 12 Sessions: Must be completed within 145 days.

Any sessions not completed within the corresponding timeline will be forfeited.

Late and No-Shows Policy

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will need to deduct that time from your session.

No-Show: If you don’t show up without letting us know, that session will be lost.

Multiple Missed Appointments: If you miss multiple appointments without communication, all remaining sessions will be forfeited without a refund.

Rescheduling Policy

24-Hour Notice Required: You can easily reschedule your appointment using the link in your confirmation email if its with at least 24-hours notice.

After 24 Hours: If you miss that 24-hour window due to unavoidable circumstances, please send us a text to request a change. Keep in mind you might lose that session, or we may allow you to reschedule based on availability.

Monthly Reschedules: Rescheduling is limited to one appointment per month to maintain the integrity of your treatment plan.

Financial and No-Refund Policy

Fees: The full package price must be paid upfront before any treatment begins. Once you’ve purchased your package, you’ll receive an email with access to a calendar where you can easily schedule your appointments at your convenience.

Forms of Payment: We accept credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.

No-Refund Policy: No refund will be issued. Sosa’s Sculpting Spa reserves the right to refuse treatment if its determined that treatments are not suitable due to contraindications. Everyone is encouraged to schedule and attend a free virtual consultation before purchasing any service package. The free consultation is designed to discuss any health concerns, the procedures, treatment timelines, pricing, etc. because once a purchase is complete it is considered final. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for any products or services.

Collection: If your account needs to be sent to a collection agency, you will be responsible for any returned payment fees and all collection costs, including fees for collection agencies and/or attorneys.

Commitment to Consistency and Communication Policy

Please remember that in some cases it can take up to 12 weeks to see results from the treatments and everyone's results can be different. You will need to commit to weekly treatment sessions and follow the at-home after care instructions.

This combination is key to achieving the best outcomes with our non-invasive services. If you’re having trouble keeping your schedule, please let us know—we're here to help you find solutions that work for you.

In each session, we will take measurements and photos and these will also serve as proof that sessions were completed as scheduled.

If you're not happy with your results or if you have any negative reactions, we’ll need your help to find a solution. This includes sharing any information we ask for, like photos, to help us understand the issue. If you choose not to share this information, it could affect our ability to continue providing services.
