Your progress is important to us, and we want to make sure you have the support you need to stick with your weekly treatment sessions. By adhering to this Commitment to Consistency Policy, you are taking an important step toward achieving your goals!

To make sure everyone gets the most out of their investment, it’s important that you complete your sessions on time. If you don’t, any unused sessions will unfortunately be forfeited. Here’s the timeline for your sessions:

1 - 5 Sessions: Must be completed within 30 days.

6 Sessions: Must be completed within 45 days.

8 Sessions: Must be completed within 65 days.

10 Sessions: Must be completed within 90 days.

12 Sessions: Must be completed within 120 days.

Please keep these timelines in mind so you can fully benefit from your sessions!  

Life happens, and we understand that sometimes you’ll need to change your plans. Just let us know in advance:

24-Hour Notice: If you need to reschedule, please give us a heads-up at least 24 hours before your appointment. You can easily do this using the link in your confirmation email. After 24 Hours: If you miss that 24-hour window due to unavoidable circumstances, please send us a text to request a change. Keep in mind you might lose that session, or we may allow you to reschedule based on availability.

Monthly Reschedules: You’re welcome to reschedule one appointment each month without losing your session. Rescheduling is limited to one appointment per month to maintain the integrity of your treatment plan.
Additional Changes: If you need to reschedule more than once in a month, you might lose that session, or we may allow you to reschedule based on availability.

Your time is precious, and we want to make the most of it. Here’s how we manage schedules:

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will need to deduct that time from your session, so please try to be on time!

No-Show: If you don’t show up without letting us know, that session will be lost. Please text us if you can’t make it.

Multiple Missed Appointments: If you miss multiple appointments without communication, all remaining sessions will be forfeited without a refund. We aim to be respectful to everyone’s time.

We understand that emergencies can happen. If you experience a verified emergency, we can convert any unused sessions into a gift card of equal value, valid for one year. Please keep in mind that rescheduling due to emergencies is at the discretion of our body contouring specialist.
