Your progress means a lot to us, and we need you to stick to your weekly treatment sessions. If you’re having trouble keeping your schedule, please let us know—we're here to help you find solutions that work for you. Please remember that it can take up to 12 weeks to see results from the treatments, and everyone's results can be different. If you're not happy with your results or if you have any negative reactions, we’ll need your help. This includes sharing any information we ask for, like photos, to help us understand the issue. If you choose not to share this information, it could affect our ability to continue providing services.
At Sosa’s Sculpting Spa, we can enhance your results in inch loss and provide you with the tools and resources you need for weight loss, diet, and activity. This combination is key to achieving the best outcomes with our non-invasive body contouring services. Each session will begin and end with measurements and photos to help keep both you and us accountable, and these will also serve as proof that sessions were completed as scheduled. By following this Commitment to Consistency Policy, you're making a big step towards reaching your goals!
To make sure everyone gets the most out of their investment, it’s important that you complete your sessions on time. Any unused sessions will unfortunately be forfeited. Here’s the timeline for your sessions:
1 - 5 Sessions: Must be completed within 30 - 45 days.
6 Sessions: Must be completed within 60 days.
8 Sessions: Must be completed within 80 days.
10 Sessions: Must be completed within 100 days.
12 Sessions: Must be completed within 120 days.
Please keep these timelines in mind so you can fully benefit from your sessions!
Life happens, and we understand that sometimes you’ll need to change your plans. Just let us know in advance:
24-Hour Notice: If you need to reschedule, please give us a heads-up at least 24 hours before your appointment. You can easily do this using the link in your confirmation email.
After 24 Hours: If you miss that 24-hour window due to unavoidable circumstances, please send us a text to request a change. Keep in mind you might lose that session, or we may allow you to reschedule based on availability.
Monthly Reschedules: Rescheduling is limited to one appointment per month to maintain the integrity of your treatment plan.
Additional Changes: If you need to reschedule more than once in a month, you might lose that session, or we may allow you to reschedule based on availability.
Your time is precious, and we want to make the most of it. Here’s how we manage schedules:
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will need to deduct that time from your session, so please try to be on time!
No-Show: If you don’t show up without letting us know, that session will be lost. Please text us if you can’t make it.
Multiple Missed Appointments: If you miss multiple appointments without communication, all remaining sessions will be forfeited without a refund. We aim to be respectful to everyone’s time.
We understand that emergencies can happen. If you experience a verified emergency, we can convert any unused sessions into a gift card of equal value, valid for one year. Please keep in mind that rescheduling due to emergencies is at the discretion of our body contouring specialist.
Fees: All treatment costs must be paid in full before your first session, and these payments are non-refundable. If you purchase a treatment package, the full package price is due at your first visit before any treatment begins. Once treatments have started, the package fee cannot be refunded.
Form of Payment: Full payment for all services is required before seeing the body contouring specialist. Although Zelle is our preferred form of payment, we accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash. All payments are processed electronically and immediately deposited. Please remember that all sales are final and non-refundable, regardless of the situation. By deciding to purchase our services, you agree to these rules.
Collection: If your account needs to be sent to a collection agency, you will be responsible for any returned payment fees and all collection costs, including fees for collection agencies and/or attorneys.
No-Refund Policy: Please understand, the purpose of the free consultation is to discuss any health concerns, misconceptions, the procedures, treatment timelines, and pricing. Sosa’s Sculpting Spa reserves the right to refuse treatment if the body contouring specialist determines it is not suitable for you. Additionally, understand that failing to communicate accurately about medical history or being dishonest may result in the termination of the contract without any refunds.
